Appointments

Please telephone (07) 54261855 to arrange an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred doctor and time. In-person and/or telehealth appointments are available.

Telehealth appointments can only be offered to existing patients of the practice with an established clinical relationship with their GP and have had a face to face appointment within the last 12months.

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay. Longer consultation times are available, please advise reception when making your appointment.

On the day appointments are available for walk-ins and emergencies. Walk-in appointments will be accommodated with the next available time.

Our Practice bulk bills for most consultations. Some consultations and procedures incur a private fee. Patients are made aware of private fees when booking their appointment.

General Practice Information

Longer consultation times are available, please advise reception when making your appointment. Walk-in appointments will be accommodated with the next available time.
Home visits are available to patients in the case of severe illness, disability and/or lack of transport. A home visit may be arranged during business hours provided the patient is a regular patient of the practice. A mutual time will be given to the patient depending on the doctors' appointment schedule.
Staff will take your details, and will only interrupt a consultation if the matter is urgent.
If you have been referred for a test, you should make an appointment with your doctor within two to three days to discuss results. Due to the "Privacy Act", results will not be given over the telephone.

Patients Who Require Communication Services
Patients who require communication assistance are asked to let the reception staff know when making the appointment. Immediate Phone Interpreting Service is available if required.
